By registering to be part of Sloan's Crusaders, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”)

Terms

1. You must be 18 years or older or have parental permission to participate as a Crusader.
4. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and/or display on the SloanHenderson.com website.
5. Your must not modify, adapt or hack SloanHenderson.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Sloan Henderson or SloanHenderson.com.
6. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any SloanHenderson.com email address.
7. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.
8. You must not, in the use of SloanHenderson.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violating any of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your SloanHenderson.com and any corresponding sponsorships.

You agree that Sloan Henderson Motorsports, LLC cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its website by other member and you may be exposed to such materials that you find offensive and you use SloanHenderson.com at your own risk.

Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate SloanHenderson.com for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify all registered users via the email address in their account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse membership and/or sponsorship to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
5. We reserve the right to pull a background check on any person for the purpose of providing safety for Sloan and other fans.
